So we bought our house for $120,000.. I just got a letter in the mail saying that the state reappraised our home (along with thousands of others in my county) and the value of it is now $175,000 😁

This is why we're about to sell ours. We bought it foreclosed for 106k, we owe 92k and it was just appraised at 218k. Theres too much equity and the markets too good not to sell.

Nice! We just sold our house and made a nice profit! We bought it for $135,000 three years ago, still owed $120,000 on it, and sold it for $175,000. It was the perfect time to sell!

That's awesome, if you're planning to sell! I'm waiting for the state appraisal papers to come back and hope so much that it hasn't gone up significantly. Our taxes are already high, I don't want them to go up too.

Ours, too. From 229,000 to 265,000. Its a sellers market for sure. We are building up a couple more years of equity and selling. Hopefully the market will still be up.
Thats awesome!! Hopefully the market keeps going up for you. Ours is up to $80,000 from what we bought it for, but once we sell it. about $20,000 goes into fee’s 😭🤣

@mommy_x3, We bought it 2 years ago. We are actually in the process of selling and purchasing a new home. So that extra $$$ will go towards our downpayment for the new one.
