Waiting for a call back from the ob....I have absolutely no appetite,nausea/vomiting,and a headache for the past 5 days now.

Hope you feel better. I had the same issue not long ago and I was dehydrated so they monitored me and gave me fluids overnight and I felt so much better.
I also had the same issue with my first pregnancy but I was borderline preeclampsia so I ended up being induced.

@twistedrenots, During my appointment this week she said my blood pressure was up but never said how much and sent me for blood work. When they call back I’m gunna ask if they got the results back yet.
