So I waited and waited for my sons bus this morning nothing I called and they said there was an incident and another bus would come hour later I call back because I’m like this is nuts the lady said his bus was in an accident and he would need to be dropped off no one contacted me so annoyed anyways hope everybody is ok

That's bullshit. Especially since they told you the first time you called that another bus would be coming.

That’s unacceptable they should of definitely called.
Imagine the parents who just let their kids go to the bus stop alone(not something I recommend but I know parents do it).
