Did you have a more active day than usual? Or sit for a long period of time and then bleed a lot after standing?

I guess it could be because i sat almost all day. I know a few times today ive picked up my 14 month a few times. I know im not supposed to lift anythin over 10-15 pounds i think,but sometimes thats impossible.
