Do you have nipple cream? That was my best friend. The Lanolin brand. I used it after every feeding and it could mean his latch is off, does he seem content after eating?

it helps so much and it's safe so you dnt have to wipe it off before the next feeding. Tbh, I watched a few YouTube videos on how he should properly latch when I had my first. Helped a lot!

Try coconut oil. Could be a bad latch or a lip or tongue tie

I know it’s rough, but hang in there. I went through that.. it’s so hard not to just throw j. The towel and say fuck it. You got this. Make sure his lips are pretty much around your areola.

And he’s not just sucking on the nipple alone. Making sure the Areola is in the mouth to makes it a lot easier and not as painful

Rub your breast milk on them every chance you get. It has a natural healing element. I also used lansinoh which worked great for that
