Sora had her follow up appointment today for her hand! It healed perfectly according to the drs. She has to wear a fabric glove to keep her hand open because scar tissue is making her hand ball up so i have to massage her hand and pull her hand open as much as we can the next 6 weeks. I told them about the mesh they put on her hand being caught and imbedded in her finger but they said itll heal.

I was so worried when they took the bandages off that it wouldnt be healed properly and when i seen her perfecr little hand curl up and she didnt want to move it much i almost lost all the tears ive been holding back. But they said its gonna be alright thay as long as she starts using it and we do what we have to do then itll heal the rest of the way without any problems

@mrs.dahlin oh yeah there was some moms but its ok, i know it was an accident. Shes one, she didnt know any better. Kids are so resilient its crazy!
@momma2twinies, right!!! I just feel like some moms need to hear it from other moms that they are doing great!!! So you got this take time to sneak away for a few mins of you time and it’s perfectly fine to hide a treat from the kids for yourself lol

She doesn't know I'm with her To help her understand But like the sands upon the beach That never wash away. I watch over my surviving mum Who thinks of me each day. She wears a smile for others. A smile of disguise. But through heaven's open door. I see tears flowing from her eyes. My mum tries to cope with my death To keep my memory aliv...

Her hand is all fixed up 🙂 she dodmt like it too much but itll heal great and sge will be vetter in no time!
is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know

So glad she is on the road to full recovery
