My daughter has been napping for over 2.5 hours🙄 She completely skipped her second nap yesterday and her first nap yesterday was only an hour instead of two. then I had to wake her up early this morning. Goes to show how important schedule is for them. poor sleepy baby
At what age did you stop two hour naps and go to one hour naps for 1 year olds? I feel like my twins aren't sleepy enough at night when I put them down. In the morning my boy twin will sometimes nap at 10 for a little bit but no longer then a half hour. My girl twin pretty much dropped her morning naps. They used to take an hour nap at that time. They normally nap from 1:30 to 3:30 and go to bed at 8:30

My lil Florence is 8 and a half months old and seems to have one long 1.5-2 hours (10ish-12) nap on a morning then a shorter one on an afternoon, say around 1/2 hour to 40 mins around 2/2.30pm, I'm interested in how other baby's nap around her age?
