Hi there ladies, just wanting a little bit of help really...😒 did any of you smoke while pregnant? And If so did you stop or cut down etc, wanting some help on stopping but don’t know what the best options are for me.

Get ur midwife to refer you to the stop smoking team they will help you chick 😘

What do they do to help you? I’m now over 25 weeks and she’s only mentioned it a couple times to me and I have said I’d do it but never hear anything back from it😂xx

So you call them up book in u just go down to where they are and they will give u loads of products to try I’d say patch is best xxx

Erm yes or just find ur local quit smoking place or number n say midwife referred you xxx

I Smoked For The First Couple Of Weeks & Found It Very Hard To Give Up, I Did Eventually By Replacing Fags With More Food🤦🏼♀️😂
