I have to go to Walmart to pick up groceries.... But driving makes me anxious... I feel like everyone is gonna hit me with their cars. I feel like I'm gonna be on my Lane and someone is gonna change lanes and hit me.... I have never been in an accident in my life, but I'm too scared to drive.
I'm almost 30 and I've been driving for the last 12 years of my life....

It could also be ppa (postpartum anxiety) it can show up in a few different ways.
I struggled with it and that was one of my triggers. Driving was hard because I couldnt control the environment. I can control alot of things but driving I couldnt which made it hard.
I never had this before having my second child and have been driving for over 15 years.
