Any tips? Harrison absolutely hates tummy time! He screams and screams as soon as I try to put him on his tummy. He even cries and cries after it too. I’ve tried doing it on the floor, couch, on me, on his dad, using tummy time pillows, rolling up a towel, using toys and using a mirror! But he still hates it. He literally can’t go any longer than 30 secs before he loses it😩 He liked it soon after he was born but I don’t know why he just hates it now😭 I feel so bad every time I try as he gets so upset by it😭

That’s so good to hear. I was worried he won’t be able to roll or crawl because he won’t do tummy time! I know! When I looked online for some advice it was just loads of pages saying how important it is and that I HAVE to keep pushing him to do it but I just don’t want to push him anymore! He loves laying on his back and playing but as soon as I try tummy time he loses it and is so upset for ages after it!

I felt so bad because I didn’t want to force it on him then felt even worse when we did try! I’ll see how he goes and let him do it in his own time. Thanks so much ladies!😘 xx
I'm the same as Em and Catherine, I didn't bother with tummy time and Tommy is already rolling at 4 months. Dont force him if he doesn't like it he will learn to roll either way! Xxx
My little girl was like this, I never forced it she did it in her own time. She would scream and scream like crazy if I put her on her tummy! Don’t worry too much xx
Max probably did tummy time a max of 4 times as a baby. He hated it. So did Morgan actually. I gave up trying with both of them. I wouldn't worry too much. As long as they have some time on the floor so they can move about.
Can you maybe do it where he's upright on your chest, rather the flat on the floor? It might be a bit of reflux or pain, in another couple of weeks he'll be fine with it I'm sure x
I have tried him upright on my chest too! He doesn’t like that either😩 xx
My oldest was like this, to be honest I never forced it with him and when he started rolling he was always on his tummy and wasn't bothered by it then.
How soon after intercourse can you take a test? I know for sure that no protection was used, and he came inside.

I know what you mean. With Morgan I felt I had to push it. Worried he'd never learn to roll, crawl etc. He didn't mind laying on his back but would cry after a minute or 2 on his tummy. He rolled & crawled in no time anyway. With Max I tried again and he hated it even more. So I didn't push it. Hebalso had colic so probably hated it even more than Morgan lol. He was lazier with crawling etc but still did everything eventually!
