I am on Zoloft and want to change med. Zoloft has caused me to gain weight.

Is there any ladies out there who's pregnant and taking psych meds? If so, what meds are you still taking and have they affected your pregnancy in anyway? I'm taking Cymbalta, trazodone, Ambien, Klonopin, Lamictal, perphenazine and Remeron.
So if you have the baby with no pain meds and you tear, when they stitch you up, does it hurt? 😭

I take a low dose of Effexor and have liked the results and had no weight gain. 37.5 works well for my anxiety.

Previously took effexor and did well. They started me too high initially but adjusted.

initially I had weight loss bc it was way too strong for me. That tapered off as they lowered my dose. I didn't gain any more weight from my start weight. That high dose also made my anxiety worse bc I wasn't feeling well from the meds. Bad cycle, so if you try it start slow. The lowest dose is like 37.5mg. they started me on 150!
