So I’m 3 cm dilated 70% effaced. My midwife did a membrane strip today.
She said if that don’t start my labor I will be induce on Monday Morning.
Did the membrane strip help any of you ladies labor?

Had my membranes stripped today. Did this help send anyone into labor ??

shay2beautiful It didn't work for me. I delivered my son at 41 weeks
hbowen2018 I did it with my second and it didnt effect me in the slightest 😏😏
abcd.. Didnt work for me. Had to get induced

So my doctor stripped my membranes to see if it will help me go into labor has anyone had this done if so did it work?

2 CM 70% effaced.. & they stripped my membranes! Mommies, how long after getting your membranes stripped did you go into labor?

How long did it take to go into labor after Dr. stripped your membranes? Just had mine stripped. Only open 1cm. And have to go in Thursday night to get induced.

dj-du @fuhgeddaboudit, you can ask for it to be done but like my ob said if it doesn’t

Yep... said it should work within 48 hr or so and it helped...
