I felt the same way but i got through it. Well balanced diet and I had to keep checking myself. Some days was better some are worse bc want able check myself. But you got this I found out at 29weeks and had my baby at 37 weeks
So sorry, but it'll be ok. I had it with my son and I felt so defeated. Once I met with the nutritionist, I felt much better.
@ladybug5 I did have to change my diet, but it wasn't that bad. Just had to watch how many carbs and fruit I was eating (I craved fruit so it ended up being my enemy bc of the natural sugars). Did your OB say u need to speak to a nutritionist? You'll gain so much knowledge speaking to one. I was also able to manage my GD with diet and exercise, so no medications were needed. Only thing I didn't like was that I had to test my sugar 5-6 times a day.
Ugh I'm sorry that sucks, but it is only temporary andbthere is a beautiful reward at the end.
