Has any one here tried acupuncture??? For back / spinal pain? How was your experience & results?

My best friend and I used to go once a week when we lived down in SoCal. It was super inexpensive there..it’s way too much elsewhere (that I’ve lived.)

Anyway - I loved it! I just got it for stress, so it was relaxing, yeah. But, my friend was dropped during cheer and has a really messed up back. Like, baddddd. So, she would get it for chronic back pain and saw a huge difference.
