So I am having a c section on Valentine’s Day the 14 . I am beyond nervous about it . I have really bad panic attacks and I really don’t know how I am going to feel being all numb not in control of my body so it makes me so nervous just to think about it. I hope I don’t have a panic attack while getting everything done. Can anyone tell me there experience of having a c section. Like what did you feel once you got the spinel block someone told me they just felt hot flashes?

My experience was ok I would say, but I did kinda have a panic attack myself but I think it’s because I was super nervous once they took my baby boy out and they took him and my husband I felt so alone and scared I started to freak out, but someone is always next to you holding your hand and calming you down, ur gonna be ok, also have a second c section in August 😩

Well i felt out of breath after they took my daughter out and i had the oxygen mask but it wasnt so bad only the recovery where they make u walk to the restroom is hard
I heard that some people feel like they can breath better and some just feel like they can not breathe at all. But hopefully I can breathe fine I already feel out of breath lol
They anesthetist will administer Ativan to help you remain calm. You generally only get “hot flashes” if your block is too high and effects your blood pressure (this happened to me)
Csection momma and L&D nurse. You can ask me anything about it if you need ❤️ This will be csection number two for me (with two naturals prior)

i seriously feel like im going to have a panic/anxiety attack when i get my c section 😭😭
Vaginal labor is so easy I would rather take the contractions any day than to have to have a c section
