Honestly it can last up to a week or no more then 3 days 😑 I got it & all I drank was squirt soda the Mexican kind helps best hope you feel better 😩

@mumstasin, honestly I only drank the squirt soda the Mexican one but water made it worse for me

I was going on my 3rd day & after I drank the soda it stopped like a 90% I felt better
