how do you know if you have ppd? i’ve been feeling down lately and my anxiety is a lot worse than before it’s really stressing me out

I feel like I have a mixture of both honestly. most things on the left and like half on the right
@kailynnpatrice, I would bring it up on your next appointment. They started me off with Zoloft but I didn’t care for it. I’ve been doing therapy ever since.

I’m questioning if I have this as well. But I had depression on and off before I became pregnant so I’m wondering what’s the difference between ppd and regular depression

You can always talk to someone who had ppd or talk to your doctor.
I have an appt next week w my OB so i’m definitely gonna let them know I need something for my anxiety
