The doctor will give you specific instructions but from what I did with my daughter when that happened to her was constantly clean her eyes with a warm wet washcloth, it’s very important not to cross contaminate. After every wipe use another spot every single time whether it’s the same eye or not. Your doctor will probably give you some type of ointment to put on your sons eyes.
