The caffeine content is the main concern, like @spookylyn said, the cans are usually misleading and say the have a low amount per serving but then the can has like 8 servings in it, so the total amount is way too high. Also, a lot of them add "natural energy boosters" that are usually untested for safety during pregnancy. What they add depends on the brand, but "natural supplements" don't need to be safety tested, so steering clear of them during pregnancy is usually a good idea. Hope that's helpful!
That was actually. I know they aren’t good in general but I’m one that drinks them and I’m craving the taste that’s it. Obviously I’m not going to have one though. I wanted to know what was up with them first. Thank you!
