Girl you gotta change diapers feed them clean up after them give them meds if they are sick I would charge more that 15 dollars now if they are bringing more than one child a small discount would be ok but 15 is not enough dont cheat yourself

Yes that's I'm saying but their also my husband's family. So I have to charge them cheap. Plus she doesn't even bother like other kids.
@simply_mee, Just bc their family doesn’t mean you need to cheat yourself. You are still doing a job.

That's good! Most daycares where I live would charge you at least 50/ day drop in and for my services I'd charge a minimum $120/day for 6 hrs. I would definitely do that.... as long as you aren't paying too close to your salary.

I used to take my daughter to daycare and it was all day from 7am to 5pm. Only $27 a day which is $135 weekly

I was charging $60 total but my MIL said it was too much! I mean it's an infant! I was charged $70 a week by my own Aunt!

No 20 a day is pretty normal/ cheap. It's how much I charged when I watched a couple kids at my house.

@ladymom same. These were friends kids I watched full time. I helped them out by charging just a little less than daycare and someone they know and trust and I got a little extra money. I actually find babies easier than toddler so I stuck with the same price.

@jmedina oh I see. I'm just so nervous taking my baby to daycare next month. Where I know no one. Recently moved. I thought the younger babies are more troubling

@ladymom ya that's how my friend was too, so I agreed to watch her since I stay at home anyways. They usually do charge more until the kids are potty trained here. And in big daycares babies are more work but personally for me they stay in one place and are easy to deal with lol

That’s awesome! I work in daycare and we charge 180 a week or 40 a day
