Anyone have problems with their legs and feet cramping while pregnant?
I never had this problem when I was pregnant with Tinley. No matter how I move they cramp up.

@brittanystewart304, i didn’t get them that often. Mostly in the middle of the night and sometimes during the day. Did you address it to your doctor?

My arms are oddly cramping as well as my neck. It’s hard to find a way to lay without hurting.
I experienced this the doc told me I needed to drink more water.
I got leg cramps with both pregnancies. More potassium can help, eat a banana
I can’t eat bananas they make me sick. Lol
