Maybe try stretching or not sitting or standing in one position for too long that helps me .. oh and a pregnant body pillow

@mommyandstepmommy, yea I noticed if I was sitting/standing with my legs crossed for too long my legs would feel heavy but I started stretching more & seems like it’s getting better
