Any other first time moms having a hard time getting there milk to drop??

I was told Ben and Jerry’s oatmeal ice cream something like that helps produce milk. Idk something like that I am not going to breastfeed though so not much help sorry love

Mines just delayed 😑 which I guess is normal for some first time moms and me and bub have been working on it I had to supplement formula for what I’m not producing

@demonmuffin19 you supplementing may make it come in slower because he's not breastfeeding as often as he would be without it. Our boobs actually never get empty, they keep supplying as it is being taken out.

@jmedina, well his doctor said to do 1oz formula and rotate feeding on the boob. I’ve been trying to pump and keep it coming and get him used to it while trying to nurse
