I came across a documentary on Netflix that followed the lives of several families who have a plural marriage, and there was this one woman, who I feel like spoke to my heart, after watching this “they” say part of having many wives is to help people become better, having to overcome their own personal jealousy, competition, etc. to become more God like, well anyway, this one woman was so calm, friendly, loving to her children and husband, even calmly did yoga with her sons crawling all over, she was inspirational. #doyouthinkshehasatwitter #idfollowher #needmyowninnerpeace

Girl I’m third episode right now and it’s interesting but they have so many kids and the second family have problems. Me person I couldn’t handle it that would stress me out

Agreed. I think they downplay the kid aspect of the whole thing. To me it just seemed relatable, not the multiple wives things, but just the overall struggle of being married, having a family, jealousy, like even though my husband is my only one...there are skeletons, past girlfriend, Ex wife...To me it’s a nudge “you don’t control your world, or the past, but in order to be happy you need to be happy with yourself and your life, inner peace”

yes that’s understandable and a life lesson but with the fact of being married to someone who is also married to two other women has to be the awful feeling knowing that you aren’t he only one he’s having sex with, making kids, telling them he loves them and then having to deal with it. I forgot the one girls name but she’s so unhappy and miserable and don’t know how to cope with it. But she’s dealing with it because she believe she doing the righteous thing

For inner peace, meditation is huge. I'm a "crazy hippie" though 🤷♀️ I'd be happy to send you some information on meditation and other calming techniques. Being a mom is a hard job! We all lose it sometimes 😁
