Hey has anyone been diagnosed with pre eclampsia? If so how did they know you had it?

I got diagnosed at 37+3 from one week to another. I had elevated blood pressure and proteinuria. No other symptoms. They induced me that day even though I was already contracting and dilating.

I had PRE- preeclampsia. I had crazy high blood pressure, i swelled up and retained water really badly. They had to induce me a week early because the blood pressure was such an issue.
