@verguinia, I can imagine... it’s no where near right but it seems she knows she can take advantage of the situation and knows you will help her so she keeps doing it. If you want it to end you want to put an end to it..I would call her out on it too.

She sounds like my mother, constantly lying about not having & needing money, I learned this about my mom when I was a kid and I very glad I did because she's non stop asking me & my hubby for money.. Get tf off your ass and get a job, I ain't supporting your grown ass 😂 you hardly supported me as a kid, I went to school every day smelling like ass cause you "didn't have $$" for laundry but you had money for your drugs and all your nice shit, I looked forward to school just so I can eat, that's how bad it was and my mom thinks I'm gunna give her $$.. Bitch im about to have another kid, I'd so much rather support my kids and make sure they have everything they need, at this point I don't care about my mother cause all she cares about is $$, that's all she wants from me, I don't get a text saying "hi daughter I love you" Or "hi daughter how are you?" True you supposed to be asking her for money !!!! And my sister dont text me hey how are you as well I am always the one reaching out and also she uses me for a therapist always calling me to dump her shit and I was prego at the time and really emotional but she didn't care she was telling me all her problems and expecting me to handle it while pregnant !!!! When I had even worst problems of my own a d I asked her to please stop telling me negative stuff while I'm prego a d she goes on fb saying " I thought family was there to hear you out and stuff but my sister said she didn't wanna hear it " !!!!

I'm sorry you're going through this with your sister. I know it's hard because she's your sister. I have one sibling and that is my sister and practically the only family I have left. But if my sister constantly did something like this to me I would cut her out until she realize the error of her ways and changed it. Yes she's your sister but she's not your responsibility. If she's going to be so ignorant and selfish as to cut you off because you don't feel as if you should pay her way for her then she's not worth your time. Maybe she needs to get a glimpse of what's going to happen if she keeps it up. You're not going to be there for her when she "needs" you. If she has children she might not want you to see her children but that's her problem and I'm sure eventually she'll get over it. You have your own life with your own husband your own home your own children and you cannot afford to be her hand out.
