Mine is awful too, I had to do physical therapy with one of my pregnancies for my back and hip but one thing that seems to help me is an epsom salt bath and my pregnancy pillow, hope you get some relief I know the struggle!

When I was pregnant I used to lay on the ground with my legs bent 90degree angle and on the couch ( butt towards the couch calfs and feet on couch) I’d only do that for 5 minutes because that’s how long you are allowed to lye on your back but it helped. I also would lye on the floor with a Boppy underneath my lower back and that worked wonders also.

@faithhopelove, oh my I feel your pain. I’ve never had this with my first but with my second it was unbearable. Towards the end I was debating if I should get a walker ( I know how ridiculous that sounds but I was in so much pain) I read that it’s the hormone “ relaxin” that’s released and all your joints relax to prepare for childbirth and that’s why it hurts so much.

@faithhopelove avoid a yeast infection 🤷♀️ lol pregnancy doesn't make everyone nether region's sensitive but can.
