My nipples hurts from pumping what can i put or do to help

This is why I'm afraid to breastfeed😮

Lanolin Nipple cream is amazing for soothing them you can apply it prior to pumping/ feeding the baby the gel doesnt hurt the lil one and it takes alot of the soreness away during and after your bundles feeding time 💕 wishing you the best of luck mommy

Breast milk also helps just hand express some and rub in

Make sure you’re using the right flange size and not using too high a setting. I made that mistake early on

Put breast milk on your nipples and let air-dry.
