Really praying that today is day that I have no pain! I have cried all I can cry the last several days! 34 weeks and hemorrhoids the size of Texas are literally unbearable! My OB and my GI can’t do anything to help me! And I promise I have tried it all!! Tucks, ointments, suppositories, the pillow thing, and the worst advice given to me by my GI might I add Vick’s vapor rub! Shout out to my hubby who has been very understanding and helped me through all of it!

Have you tried just sitting in warm water? That helps me when mine are inflamed. Nothing else has worked for me either but I didn't have issues when pregnant. Just before and after.
