I think twins would be so fun! I keep finding myself almost hoping the next ones are twins and then I'm like well, what if they are as needy as number 1? I would never sleep, eat or blink again lol.

Haha I told my husband I wanted to do at least 3 and if the next 2 are boys we should try a 4th time for a girl! My sister had 4 girls, waited a few years and then got her boy!

Weve been talking about fostering too! I'm just not sure if I would be ok for it or not (like relating to them, keeping them entertained when I don't know them, ect.) I LOVED being pregnant also. We tried for over 3.5 years so maybe that's the reason? 🤔😅

Do you plan in trying for more and hopefully get your boys?

@mccartymchs Only if i could choose the gender then yeah! But no more gurls for me they already stole the daddy from mommy lol

@eimandin Haha little girls definitely love their daddy but my little boy ADORES his mommy. There are "methods" out there for swinging to a certain gender. I'm not saying they 100% work but theres still hope!

@mccartymchs, So many reasons! We’re just ready to leave the baby phase in the past and start going on fun vacations and adventures with our two kiddos. Four feels perfect. We’re not outnumbered! If we had another kid, we’d need a bigger car. Also, my husband works 70 hours a week in the spring, summer, and fall and travels for weeks at a time so it’s basically just me running the household all alone. It’s really hard. And most of all, I feel like I can effectively give two kids what they need. If I had any more I’d feel stretched too thin and I know I’d feel like I’d be neglecting one at all times. Or neglecting myself. If we do end up pregnant again, we won’t be too upset because we really do love kids and can afford more and have a big enough house but we’re definitely not going to try for more. I’m 27 and I want to be done having kids by the time I’m 30. :)

I'm like how could I love anyone else the same that I do you? Haha! But i hated being an only child. As an adult it still sucks because I dont have anyone I got to grow up with, my kids dont have aunts/uncles or cousins to grow up with. But that bond is incredible when theres just one. It's a hard decision!

@mccartymchs, yes that’s exactly the only reason why I’d have another child, I have such a strong bond and great memories with my sisters that I’d hate to deprive my daughter from having the same relationship it’s tough !

@p0790 it really is! You just have to really ask yourself if that's what you want or not. We were tempted on not having more because of our sons medical stuff. We decided we want at least one and IF they have the same medical stuff then we will stop there even if we still wanted more.

I'm ready to have my next one too. Like past ready Haha! We just have to get our first little through his surgeries and then we can start trying again! 😍

Awe! I'm an only child and although I got ALL the attention I really didnt like not having someone to play with or tell my secrets too and stuff. So I always just thought I'd want more than one. Right now I love having just one so I could see where your coming from!

Same for me! Except, I'd MAYBE have a second but idk. 2 is tops for me.
