I haven’t been in here in awhile , but I just haven’t been feeling like myself. Ever since having my daughter and dealing with losing my apartment I don’t feel at all good about myself or my body. I want to start making positive changes... for starters I want to start working out but I don’t really have time for the gym or even the money for a membership. Any advice on where or how I can get started ? I wanna start being confident again and get back to being my best self not just for me but for my babies .

Can you start by going on walks? That's what I do. It's helped a bit. Trust me my twins are 11 months and I still have not lost all my weight. I'm close but I'm still not back to what I was before any of my kids. And I am way more self conscious about my body, even more now since the twins.i just feel like I'm never going to loose this belly. Ever. Pretty sure my muscles in my stomach are ripped.
