Hey y’all. Quick question, i ebf for a week or two then started pumping then introduced formula like at month. is there anything I can do to bring my milk supply back. My baby is 3 months old and it hasn’t completely dried up but my supply is very low because I started supplementing and getting lazy. I tasted my kids formula and it’s disgusting. I feel so bad for and want to try to give her more of my milk. HELP! I know I have to drink drink drink and pump a lot but other than that is there anything else?! Thanks in advance

I was told in my breast feeding class that the more you nurse the more your body produces more.
However I’ve heard lactation cookies work and mothers milk tea. ❤️

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
