I hurt there most of my first pregnancy. When it was really bad I did belly wrapping to take some pressure off for a little bit.

I sew, so I just used random long fabric I had around the house. I never found a specific way of wrapping I liked but Pinterest has lots of ideas.

You can buy a belly band for support. Amazon has a few.
