My milk supply is decreasing and I don’t know what to do. When I left the hospital, I was able to pump a solid 4oz every time I pumped which was enough for two feedings. Now it’s maybe around 3oz, which isn’t a huge decrease but it’s messing up my portioning and making me nervous af😭

This! I did it and it worked for me sometimes I do it multiple times a day because growth spurts and cluster feeding is no joke FOR REAL!

Make sure to drink plenty of water.
Peanut butter (if not allergic), oatmeal, flaxseed, mother’s milk tea, eat plenty of vegetables and fruits, chicken vegetables soup does it for me as well.
Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖

Hi I am into my 15 week now But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though What should i do i am very confused Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights

Hey, so I had a similar problem. I use to make 18oz per each pumping session and went down to 5oz 😯. I spoke to my babies pediatrician amd she gave me great advice. You pump for 20 min, break for 10,pump 10, break 10 and pump for 10 min one last time. Regardless if anything comes out. You will start to build it back up. Trust me ! Lol it works
