I did when I was very first pregnant and it scared THE SHIT outta me! I was told it was just because I had been SO sick, SO often lately that I was tearing up my stomach lining and esophagus and that's whatvwas actually bleeding. The lining or something like that I think?? Have you been having nad morning/all day sickness?

Yes I did from throwing up so much acid from heartburn. Was prescribed Nexium along with Zantac 75 3x/day. Its the only thing that helped me stop throwing up blood.

Threw up blood every day of my last pregnancy for 6 weeks. Not enough for the er or doc to be concerned. 🙄

Also it could be the red Gatorade. I'd drink some water to see if it was just that.

Me! I tore the lining of my throat from puking so much. It wasn't fun. But if you ate or drank anything red give it a while before you freak.
