Trying to stick with breastfeeding but cluster feeding at night is too much
Really trying my hardest to stick to breastfeeding but idk 😔 I dont think I can do this anymore , cluster feeding , I dont get no sleep whatsoever. He can be on my boobs forever and soon as he gets off he's screaming his head off this only happens at night 😟 it's too overwhelming, he's using me as a pacifier and that hurt so bad . I feel like a bad mom bc I dont want to breastfeed anymore 😪😥 I honestly think I'm going through post partum...

It’s not easy and the first few weeks are the hardest don’t feel bad about it it’s okay you’re not a bad mom you’re just tired and it’s understandable don’t be so hard on yourself you got this it’s gonna be okay

It's not for everyone. Cluster feeding was the worst and certainly was exhausting for me too. Have you looked into maybe pumping or if there's a reason why. I ask because my daughter was always miserable as a newborn and it turns out she had a dairy allergy.

@muvabritt as long as he's getting enough that's what's important. My daughter did formula and breast milk from the beginning because I was a single mom at the time and her other care givers also fed her. Maybe have someone else take over some day time feedings or night ones

I'm a single mom , I have to do it all by myself unfortunately . I'm just gonna get some formula today . I'm gonna try soy bc that's what my daughter had to have .

yeah my daughter had a dairy allergy when she was an infant. Once I switched to soy she was such a happy baby. Also maybe try eliminating dairy from your diet and see if that helps the breastfeeding

Yea I was gonna try to see if that works . Maybe breastfeeding during the day and bottle at night ? He's had bottles before

Yes I do that sometimes I also breastfeed night and bottles day because I hate mixing formula at night
