How long should contractions be together before going in?
Can your water break before contractions start?
Lol I was induced with both my girls so I feel like a new mama wondering what to expect 😅.
“What is the 5 1 1 rule for contractions?
An easy rule to use is the 5-1-1 rule: if you are having contractions every five minutes, each contraction lasts about one minute, and these minute-long contractions last for one hour, call the doctor or go to the hospital.”
My water broke before contractions... it took 6 or so hours before my contractions started.
My L&D recommended the 5-1-1 rule before going in. 5 contractions lasting 1 min or more within 1 hour.
Contractions should be 4 minutes apart before going in. Lasting 1 minute each for the period of 1-2 hours.
Yes your water can break prior , but I think it only happens to like, 20% of women
I just googled it an I stand corrected, water breaks before contractions in only 15% of women
@kokopapell, oh wow that’s not a lot at all lol.
I’ve also only had mine broken for me so I’m just 🤷♀️ lol!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Thanks ladies! I appreciate it 😊
