How many weeks were you when you got induced?

@rileysmomma913, only to like a 2.. and I had already been in labor for 19 hours. I got induced.

Well he don’t want me going past my due date is why I’m asking.

@rileysmomma913, you might not! You could be 0cm and then baby decides to come at 39 weeks and you jump from a 0 to a 4 in an hour. Everyone’s body is different :). If your water breaks and you’re not dilating enough they will give you pitocin or something to help along the way.

@rileysmomma913 I did! About 8-10 hrs in but fully optional and they also had to break my water. He was really stubborn

@rmreed, do you have to be a certain amount of centimeters to get epidural?

@rileysmomma913 For my hospital its 3! I believe I was around 6 when I got mine

@jadasweet0218, how many hours were you in labor? I was also induced with my first and was in labor for 18 1/2 hours but when I got to the hospital I was 1cm already. So I wasn’t sure how they’d go about it if I’m not open at all.

@rileysmomma913, with my first I was in labor for almost 22 hours

@jadasweet0218, induced labors I believe are the longest labors in my own opinion
