Possible Mc?

So, I went to to ER Monday night, and they wanted to do a CT scan. But my urine tested positive for pregnancy. They did blood work and my levels were 520. They asked when my last period was and I told them I have been on one for the past 2 weeks. So I tried really hard not to get excited. They ended up admitting me to the hospital for what I went into the ER for, and tested my blood this morning and it was 556. (30.5 hours between the two blood draws)(Last night I got really bad pain in my lower left side of my stomach) No one could tell me what that means, as I was on a neruology floor and like they said "they don't deal with pregnancies". I'm pretty sure I'm miscarrying. And to top it off, I got discharged from the hospital with no answer for what I originally went in for. So essentially, all I got out of the hospital visit was knowledge of what I'm assuming is a miscarriage I probably would never have known about. 😥
