Sooo Pissed 😡.... My daughter will be 3yrs old in July. My boyfriend has been in my daughter life since she was about 5-6 months old & that’s who she calls daddy. He also wants to adopt her and give her his last name.... Problem is Her biological dad (who she has never seen cause he choose not to) claims he’s not her dad but he doesn’t want to do a DNA TEST for her Nor does he want to sign over his rights. Which I have no clue why. Cause he has another girlfriend who he has 1y old daughter with but he just refuse to do a DNA Or sign over his rights.... idk why he is making this so hard for us 😒😒😩😩😢😢

You could take him to court in Florida to do DNA test but trust me that will open up a can of worms in Florida. Unless you need his help I would just leave it be. If your bf and you plan to marry force the waiver of rights at the point. If you ask for a DNA test now and then proceed to ask for him to sign his rights that state of Florida won't allow it unless there is someone to legally take over his position and that can't be your bf because in the state of Florida you guys have to be married to have him adopt. I've been going through this for years with my ex husband and the only thing that I wish would have happened when my daughter was born was I didn't force the DNA test during our divorce but my fiancee and I are marrying in August and will push for an adoption shortly after since my ex husband hasn't seen our daughter since she was three weeks old.
His denial allows him not to feel ashamed for not being their for his daughter.

Did anyone see that video a dad posted on his daughters FB page? He saw a post she made where she bashed her parents and cursed them, called them lazy and told them they should pay her for stuff she did around the house... So he called her out on it and put the video on her page!! Sorry if I missed a post already about this already, but I just saw the video and IT WAS AWESOME!!! Hahahhaa!
I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! Mom Advice: Would I be wrong to ask/tell my daughter biological dad if he sign over his rights I will cancel child support..... ONLY!!! He doesn't have any rights as of now lol... Guys can be so ignorant. I wish you were in GA bc he'd have to pay child support and still not have any rights!!
