So my son has been throwing up. He doesn’t have a fever or anything. Any idea what it could be or what I should give hjm?

My son has it right now they say the puking last about four days

He can have pedialyte to stay hydrated. Could be a stomach bug?

Just keep offering fluids so he doesn't get dehydrated. If it continues I would call his dr
