I've been constipated really bad lately. either not going for a few days or very very small bowel movements once a day. and today I went to the bathroom and it seemed normal and when I wiped there was blood in my stool and on the toilet paper. should I be worried or make a doctor's appointment?
Hemmoroids from straining too much, drink some prune juice if that don’t help get some lactulose or suppositories x
