I wanna hear about your delivery experience! So I can try to mentally prepare myself, I know not all…

I slept for like 24 hours before my labor started, I only woke up to eat and use the bathroom. It was weird. Lol

Then I started having very mild contractions around 6pm between 15-20 minutes apart, by midnight they were coming every 10-12 minutes and becoming more uncomfortable. When they started getting really painful around 4am I tried to get in the shower because I still wasn’t convinced I was in labor 😂 I called the hospital to find out when I should come in and they told me when my contractions lasted a minute and were 4 minutes apart. I got out of the shower because it wasn’t helping at all. I sat on the toilet to pee and I had my bloody show and as I stood up my water popped. It didn’t fully break because my son slid down in to the birth canal and blocked the hole, but I heard a super loud pop sound and all of a sudden the pain was insane and I was yelling at my fiancé to wake up and get ready to go. Getting in the car was the worst! But I don’t even remember the car ride there. We got to the hospital around 6am and they confirmed I was in active labor. While they were doing all their checking I all of a sudden got diarrhea and got stuck on the toilet having contractions for 30 minutes. 😭 I honestly think that was due to me eating 1.5 pineapples the day before 😬 After that I started puking with every contraction because of the pain so I opted for the epidural. I remember sitting up to have the epidural done and then it’s lights out. I didn’t feel it, I don’t even remember laying back down when they were done. 5 hours later I get woken up to them telling me I’m 10cm and that they were going to break my water so I could push! My son had pooped inside me so they had like 8 extra people in the room just in case he needed to be resuscitated when he came out, but luckily he didn’t! It was honestly one of the best days of my life and I can’t wait to give birth again. I honestly loved being in labor, despite all of the bad stuff that happened. Lol

I was lucky that both my pregnancies were fast and easy and no pain meds at all. My 1st my water broke at 2:45 and she came at 7:04. The nurses didn't believe me and pretty much refused to check me. They were asking me if I would like to talk about pain management when I straight up told them no check me. That led to them sprinting out of the room yelling get the Dr. He got there just in time for me to start pushing. Three pushes for maybe 5 minutes. With my 2nd I had been having contractions for 3 hours nothing really bad but they were constant 2 or less apart. Go to the hospital when my husband gets home. So we get to the hospital about 6:30ish. They check me tell me I'm 3.5 cm and 80% thinned out. I wasn't "in enough pain" so come back in 2 hours and they would check me again. I could stay and walk around for 2 hours or leave. My grandma lives 2 minutes away so I tell my husband let's go have dinner then we can hang out at her house. As the nurse leaves to discharge me and I get dressed my water broke. From it breaking till my daughter came was 35 minutes. She came at 8:25. The contractions sucked and were horrible. They don't even check me the nurse just kept paging more and more nurses and Drs. They call my dr but tell her the wrong room on the other side of the hospital. So she gets there when my daughter's head is already all the way out. She was 2 pushes and under 5 minutes as well.

i was induced but before i was induced i had to open 3cm to break my water so it took 3 days to open 3 cm so how did they force me to open they inserted a small pill into my vagina it helped me open i had it inserted 6 times every 4 hours and the pills didnt work at all i had this string inserted had to leave it there for 12 hours without getting out of bed...i still had horrible contractions this 3 days finally i opened 3 cm i was sent to another room my water was broken and they inserted this medication through iv its called pitocin and once my water broke i dialted quick i was 7 cm and hours later the next morning my babies head was out thats when i pushed two times and he was out... no epidural the epidural did not work for me i felt everything its not as bad witjout it you feel just a little burning sensation but once the babies out its a big relief..so i was in labor for 4 days

I was induced and after 22 hours of not progressing past 1.5cm with the pill they force broke my water and 2 hrs later gave me an epidural because we figured out that I hadn't progressed because my body was stressed and basically froze. The epidural got everything to relax. I was in a race with a lady down the hall to see who would progress faster to have the on-call doctor. I won.. lol 3hrs 38minutes later I was holding my princess, pushed for 47 minutes.

I was induced at 39 weeks and was having preterm labor 3 weeks before he was born. Basically I was having contractions every 3-5 minutes but wasn't progressing. They broke my water and gave me pitocin and 8 hours of natural labor before I got my epidural. It numbed me from the belly button up, but didn't numb anything else. My hotspot was my vagina 😂 3 boosters later and nothing was numb. I stalled at 8.5 cm and then baby boy got stuck in the canal. His head was at an angle and they would have to break his neck to get him out. So emergency c section was required. I got my spinal, and had a panic attack on the table. It took 2 doctors to get him out because he was stuck so bad. Then my placenta wouldn't detatch so I had 3 shots of pitocin straight into my uterine walls. I bled a lot and almost needed a transfusion. We were in the hospital for 5 days and finally were released. Then I had trouble breastfeeding and ended up being diagnosed with d-mer. So I had to stop breastfeeding. Also ended up with PPD. But we are both doing amazing now. Just not sure I'd ever do it again

Mine went toooo fast 😒 To sum it up....I had her on my bed in about 2 hours lol what a mess 😂😂😂

I couldn't sleep doing my labor it hurts I was in there for 20 hours
