It's amazing after day 7 seeing your belly shrink. It's day 12 and I'm about half the size I was. Anyone have any ideas for me how to her my stomach back down after a caesarean?

For mamas who’ve had vaginal births, how long did you stay in the hospital after you gave birth? Did you leave same day or the day after?

Finally, after nearly FORTY-TWO weeks... I decided to get induced. Baby Violet scared me with some decreased fetal movement and I couldn't wait any longer.
Honestly aside from diet and exercise (when you can) there isn't much. I've had 3 and I still have a pouch.
