When did you get your first period after baby? Have really bad pains in my left side like my hips being crushed, not like my normal period pains, for the last 3 hours.. no blood or anything just pain! Not sure if that could be my period coming and the first one is just this painful for me? My left side really really hurts though!!!

Mine was at 2m postpartum and it wasn’t painful. None of my periods are painful anymore which is so weird bc they’ve always been super bad and would cause me to pass out.
Maybe what you’re feeling isn’t period related? I don’t know. I never experienced that but I hope you start to feel better. That sounds awful.
