Yes, and it’s actually really terrible for you. But it does work. I haven’t tried it but many friends have.
@mckinney032589, google side effects. One of my friends went to ER bc she thought she was having a heart attack. She felt her heart pounding and it hurt. Apparently it can cause heart issues among many other things. And exactly why Good doctors won’t prescribe these and why many ppl have to “doctor shop” to get them.

@mckinney032589, have you tried fasting or doing a diet like Keto instead? Those pills do work but if you’re not eating right you will gain it back very quick. So if you have to eat right to get results skip the pills! I lost 20lbs fasting and another 20 doing very lazy Keto lol
