Not bad at all. Everyone is different, I paid 480 for my daughters first birthday cake. But it was my money so it didn’t matter what anyone thought

Its just my mother in law... i love her to death... but i never had special things... so i want to do it for my son. And i honestly was thinking about going all out (:

Plenty of people had an opinion about it including my husband but I didn’t care. The first birthday is a big deal to me. I’ll go all out on my stepdaughter when she turns 16 in April too. 🤷♀️

@haleylabarr, it doesn’t matter if he will remember it you can still take pictures and have memories for him to look back on go all out if you want lol like you said you’re paying for it 🤷🏽♀️
