What all do you need to bring to get your child birth certificate?

The social security I think and your driver license I think, I had to get mines but you have to go to different place to get the full birth certificate, theirs two types

I’m pretty sure it’s different from state to state so you could probably call and find out or google it.

In arizona you just need your us or driver license. They check to make sure youre on it then just hand it over after payment

I just brought my license and the notice they had mailed me stating it was ready. I also brought checks so I could pay.
