I’m sorry to hear that. Same here but I feel like bf really helps with that I feel like when I do I feel better and relieved! Don’t give up! If it hurts u maybe u can try using lanolin ointment and the pumping usually helps with that rather than putting ur baby on ur nipple.

My SO is big on telling me to pump or breastfeed. He just doesn’t help at night as much as I would like him too. Formula was just much easier. No nipple pain now but I have a lot of lanolin ointment. 😬

You can get your supply back regular pumping and baby on boob as much as possible x

I will go back to it then because I don’t want to lose my supply. I think just being up at night and exclusively breastfeeding with no help from my SO made me extremely depressed. 😬😩

Yea bc it’s on supply on demand. Therefore if your breasts are not receiving stimulation nothing is telling your brain that you need to produce milk. So your supply will dwindle and eventually disappear.

My left side I haven’t really feed or pumped much because it was in pain for a couple days. Now my right side I still breastfeed but not as much but the milk is still there. I will try to buckle down today and get back to it. I’ve kind of been a little discouraged with PPD. 😩

I doubt it would dry up in 3 days but you’ll definitely have to get the baby or pump back on and work it back up. Probably will take a week or less. Better than formula for baby if you can. But fed is best!
