mamas.... how do you deal with this morning sickness all the time?? ughhh. it stinks, and I feel like everything sets me off with nausea.... smells, tastes, cravings, everything. any advice??

@inkedsouthernbelle yea I've quickly learned that one. idk, I was going to stop by the pharmacy and ask. it just seems weird. I haven't had them that long either. I didn't know that, I'm like addicted to ginger, I've loved it for a long time. so it's really just an excuse for me to snack on it. Lol I've been fine lately, then it just hit me like a ton of bricks and it's not my favorite thing. Lol I didn't sleep at all last night either, so that doesn't help anything. I hate those nights I can't sleep.
Oh and there’s some bracelets you can get from Walmart or any pharmacy that really work too
I got the bracelets, but they're starting to wear off/not work as well for some reason. I may try the daytime dramamine to see if that helps.
@interp4god, it definitely helps and is basically just ginger root so a natural way to alleviate the nausea and vomiting. That sucks the bracelets aren’t working anymore do you think they just need to be replaced? I know morning sickness is no joke. I had it bad in the first trimester and then again for a few weeks in the third so good luck to you and try to keep some food on your stomach cause an empty stomach is cause for nausea as well
I took daytime Dramamine as soon as I woke up each morning and it stopped me from puking. I was still a little nauseated but atleast I wasn’t throwing up
I just suffered through it and it was AWFUL. The first trimester is always the worst for me. Hang in there!
